Account Problems

This guide is going to cover common account problems and how to solve them! To start with we will cover how to get your account back if you have got a new phone or device or your game loads into an account which is right back at the start of the game.

I have a new phone and I have lost my account!

This being one of the most common issues, it needs to be covered. As long as your account was bound you will be able to get your account back. The process will be easier if you have the same type of phone, meaning if you had an Android device before and your new device is Android, it’ll be very easy, and likewise for iOS devices.

If you have the opposite device to what you had before, please skip to the next section or click here.

Step 1:
First of all, you’re going to want to open the game and let the game load into the account. If your game starts up with the tutorial, quickly skip through this until you can control the game on your own. From here, you will need to tap on the Avatar in the top left corner.


Step 2:
Once you tap on the Avatar you will load into the Commander Profile and you will need to tap on the ‘Settings’ icon in the bottom left.

Step 3:
Now you will be in the ‘Settings’ screen you will need to select the ‘Account’ option.

Step 4:
From here you will need to select the ‘Switch Account’ option.

Step 5: 
You will now need to select the account type you had. The screenshot below has been modified. If you are on an Android Device, you will NOT see the Game Center option, whereas, if you are on an iOS device, you will NOT see the Google Option.

You will now be able to select or type in the login details of your account, to access your account and continue where you left off!

I have a new device and my login option is not showing!

If you previously had an Android device and you now have an iOS device or the opposite way around, logging back into your account, can be tricky if you didn’t use Facebook as a binding method. Facebook will be available on both device types and therefore you can use the above instructions to recover your account.

I still have my old device

If you cannot select the method you had bound your account to previously, if you still have your old device, you can bind your account to Facebook, and then log in on your new device to transfer the account using the Facebook Binding Method.

I don’t have my old device

If you no longer have your old device, you will need to make and bind a temporary account so that you can contact customer services in-game. If you don’t know how to contact Customer Services a guide is available here; https://zdaygame.info/customer-support/

Once you have accessed the Customer Services menu in-game you will need to select the following options:

Option 1 – Account Problems —> Option 1 – Account Lost

Once you have navigated these options you will need to complete a form which will ask for details of your the account you wish to recover and the last 2 questions will ask for the In-Game Name and Region of the account you are sending the message from. The form will look like the one below. The more information you are able to provide in the form, the quicker you will be able to have your account recovered to your new device.
